1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using LexLathos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of services
LexLathos provides AI-assisted legal document generation, an advocate marketplace, video consultations and related services. The platform helps you prepare drafts and connect with advocates, but it is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
3. Not legal advice
Documents generated on LexLathos are provided as templates and drafting aids. They do not constitute legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is created solely by using the platform or generating a document.
Before executing any document, you should have it reviewed by a qualified advocate, particularly for high-value or contested matters. See our Disclaimer for details.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform: you will not attempt to access other users' data, use the service for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer the software, or interfere with the platform's operation.
6. Fees and payments
Paid features (credits, consultations, subscriptions) are billed as described at the time of purchase through our payment processor. Consultations are between you and the advocate you engage; dispute resolution for those engagements is governed by the applicable laws of India.
7. Intellectual property
The LexLathos platform, including its software, design and content, is owned by LexLathos Legaltech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Documents you create remain your property, and you grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexLathos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on generated documents or decisions made with advocates.
9. Changes and contact
